Basic Information
- Minnesota Trial Court Public Access (MNCIS). At this site, you can check the status of your civil or criminal case in the Minnesota Court system. You can peform a criminal background check on an individual to determine whether the person has been convicted of a crime in the State of Minnesota.
- Minnesota Court Forms. These Court forms are provided by the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Many of the forms are available in both Microsoft Word and PDF format. Forms are available in most practice areas, including family law, restraining orders, criminal law, civil, probate, appeals and several other areas of law.
